In the middle of a path stood one male. He had ventured out of the swamp and stated to make his trip towards the Fire nation. Though along the way, he ended up in a small passage, that reminded him of the great ravine he had been in once before. Though now it had brought back older memories. There wasn't any scorpions around, which was fine with him. Those things had finally made it to where he no longer cared what he ate. They had a foul taste among other things. The heat out here was much higher than the ravine though, as he was gleaming with sweat. The young male was glad to have the headband across his head, for if he didn't his eyes would be filled with tears at this moment.
Reaching down a bit, Zilo removed his gi, letting his body enjoy the sun for a little bit, his pants still on, he let his muscles become loose due to the heat. A small sigh of relief escaped the man, as he was become more relaxed by the second. His muscles had been feeling as if they had been tied in a knot, but out here, they where able to unwind, and eventually he could move freely. He had lost his guide to the Fire nation quiet a bit ago, but that didn't stop him. Though to him it felt like it had only been two days. But in truth it has been nearly a week since any of them had seen each other. In that time, he had a crocodin breathe down his neck, and meet a interesting woman in the swamp.
Shaking his head clear of thought the young male smiled. "I've been slacking for quiet some time... I need to get back to my training... Forgive me Master Riosh..." The young male turned to a large cliff on the side of him. A small smile on his face. "This will do nicely." Suddenly Zilo spun and slammed his elbow into the cliff, a loud boom resonated between the valley, the sounds of rocks crumbling and falling. The young male was now in business. With each spin with an elbow, with each hit of a knee. And every time he punched and kicked, it felt as if the noise was growing louder. And the longer he worked his body, the further he was making a hole into the cliff. It wasn't too deep though when he took a step back. It was big enough for him to sit underneath, and have the top block the sun. Yet he wasn't through.
Moving over slightly, out of habit, and his training he began again. This time using his shins and forearms to break into the rock. The bandages on his arm had begun to turn a crimson color in the sunlight. But that had been expect as he was moving his way against a rock, his body would surely take some damage. Yet it seemed miniscule for what he was doing. As he finally finished building the two small entrances, he sat below the first one bringing his legs in to sit criss cross, and he closed his eyes. The second part of his training, was patience... If one did not have patience then they surely could not predict enemy movements. Though normally this training was done by his master usually hitting him, till he could predict the movement, he would just have to visualize it now.
"Hmm... I'm going to need someone to actually test my training against... I suppose I should find a earth bender... Could prove to be very resourceful for me... Especially if I wish to enhance my training further... For now though... Chi..." Zilo stood up turning to the rocks once more. His master had taught him a bit about this extraordinary thing that people called chi. When you had control over in your body, you could use it to cancel out another, and yet at the same time harden yourself. All Zilo was capable of at this moment was using the chi to strength his body, to make it more resilient. Taking his hands the male ran them down the length of his torso as most martial artist due to find a center.
His breathing seemed to become calmer, and a bit more focused. The chi flowing through his body began to focus into his fist for a short time, and then it struck, as soon as his fist launched out and hit the cliff side, it almost sounded like dynamite had went off in the area. The cliffs side had a hole in it about thirteen feet high, and nearly 3 feet deep. A sigh coming from him as he looked up at it. "No good... It's not suppose to be lethal... Only a size as big as my hand... not an explosion." The warrior plopped his but onto the rocks beneath him, his body glistening to the sun. "God... I still need more practice..."
